My very first Tennessee wedding day could not have possibly gone any better! Meredith & Thomas were an absolute dream JA couple! They decided to celebrate their marriage with a Barn at Sycamore Farms Wedding (just scroll you’ll soon swoon too!), and it was just dreamy. Now growing up as a Louisiana girl, I can honestly say that there is nothing quite like the heat of New Orleans in the summertime. HOWEVER, Tennessee doesn’t mess around with the heat either! Portions of this July wedding were HOT but these two trusted me completely and I am so happy they did. Not only were they the biggest sports (we drank LOTS of water by the way!), but the were so consumed with one another that I think they almost forgot they were melting at times! I especially loved that their first look took place underneath a hundred year old sycamore tree, the same one the venue is named for!
Meredith looked absolutely radiant in her gown adorned with the necklace that her mother wore on her wedding day as well as her late grandmothers gorgeous ring. I know these two pieces of jewelry instilled the most beautiful glow in her and outside as well. I mean the whole time I was taking husband and wife portraits of the two of them, I was blown away with how someone can look SO pretty after having been outside for so long! She seriously is a queen. I think Thomas’ smile means that he totally agrees with me!
Also, I’d like to say that the team of vendors on this wedding were INCREDIBLE! I’m so happy to say that because of everyone’s hard work, the day was perfect. In the meantime, I’ll just continue to daydream about how good Bacon & Caviar’s food was. Here’s to hoping every bride I book has them as their caterer!
Meredith & Thomas, thank you SO much for having me capture your wedding day. It was so much fun to walk through this season with you both. Can you believe it?! You’re MARRIED! I hope you enjoy every single second of your Cabo honeymoon and your beautiful, long, and happy marriage.
Keep on giving her giggle kisses Thomas.
