Saturday’s Tennessee Countryside Wedding Day reminded me of why I am so fortunate to be able to not only photograph wedding days for a living, but live in this incredible state with spectacular scenery around every corner. Especially as summer has drawn to a close, Autumn colors are starting to emerge around here which makes for some pretty enchanting photographs!

Annie & Jason had their closest family and friends join them on their family’s farm to celebrate their fall wedding day!  It was simple, but still so beautiful!  Everything about the day was centered around celebrating the rustic way of life. Guests were able enjoy delicious Martin’s BBQ and then walk over to the family’s livestock and pet their goats & cows. How fun is that?! The family farm sits outside of Mount Juliet, and has views that go on for miles! So lastly, at the end of the night all of the guests (& myself) couldn’t help but gaze off onto the hills as the sun set behind them.

As amazing as the views were, I have to say one of the most memorable part of this wedding to me was how special Annie & Jason’s dog were to them! We made sure to get plenty of photos of the two of them loving on their sweet furry babies. Annie’s dog , Donovan, was even there with her the entire day! From getting ready, to first look photos, and last but not least her walk down the aisle – her sweet furry boy was there every step of the day.
